Understanding call dispositions

Disposition
Definition
Set Appointment
This disposition indicates that an appointment has been successfully booked with your IR team. The meeting invite, along with a meeting link, will automatically appear on the calendar of the correct IR team member.
Follow-Up
Scale IR uses this disposition when a lead requests to be followed up with at a later date or time. This helps us ensure we respect their preference and re-engage when they are ready.
More Information
When a lead expresses interest but is not ready to book an appointment and would like to receive more information. In this scenario, Scale IR will send them an email on your behalf, containing the pre-provided information content from the start of our engagement. We then follow up via phone 72 hours later.
Not Interested
When a lead explicitly states they are not interested and do not wish to move forward, we capture this disposition. We also record the reason provided by the lead to give you as much context as possible for future analysis
Not Qualified
This disposition is applied if the lead does not meet the specific qualification criteria you've supplied. Many of our clients have requirements regarding liquidity, a specific timeline, or mandate that all leads are accredited. If a lead does not fulfill all necessary criteria to book an appointment with your firm, they are marked as "Not Qualified
Wrong Number
This is used when the phone number dialed does not connect to the intended lead
Do Not Call
This disposition is used whenever a lead explicitly requests not to be contacted again in the future. When a lead opts out of one communication channel, they are removed from all channels to ensure compliance and respect their wishes.
No Answer
This disposition is used when the lead cannot be reached for a live conversation and does not answer their phone. In this scenario, Scale IR reaches out again during the following business day or follows a custom cadence to attempt an appointment booking.
Call Disconnected
This is used when a call is inadvertently terminated due to a technical error or other unknown reasons
