Sharing Company/Fund Immersion Materials

As Scale IR act as an extension of your team, immersion materials ensure we’re fully prepared to represent your company, fund, and create custom scripting.

To ensure Scale IR is fully prepared to represent your company and fund, we ask that you provide us with comprehensive immersion materials during the onboarding process. This enables us to cogently speak to each of your leads, create custom scripting that aligns with their goals and gain a thorough understanding of your prospective investor’s point of view.

How to Share Your Materials

 

As part of the onboarding process, you'll receive a New Client Intake Form. This form will contain a link to a secure, shared folder where you can easily upload your company and fund-related resources.

We Recommend Including:

 
  • Company Overview: Presentations, brochures, website information, and any other documents that provide a comprehensive overview of your company's history, mission, and values.
  • GP/Founder Information: Biographies, background information, and any materials that highlight the experience and expertise of your leadership team.
  • Fund-Specific Details: Private Placement Memorandums (PPMs), pitch decks, investment summaries, and any documents that outline the fund's investment strategy, terms, and past performance.
  • Investor Perspective: Any materials that a prospective investor would typically review, such as FAQs, due diligence documents, or investor presentations.
  • Scripts from your team: If your team uses scripts, please provide them.
  • Talking Points: Any talking points or objection handling that your team uses.
