Integrate Zoom with HubSpot Scheduling
- Navigate to the App Marketplace: In your HubSpot account, click the Marketplace icon and select App Marketplace.
- Find and Install the Zoom Integration: Search for "Zoom" and install the official Zoom integration app.
- Connect Your Zoom Account: Follow the prompts to connect your Zoom account to HubSpot.
- Configure Global Settings: Access the Zoom integration's settings to configure how meetings and webinars sync to HubSpot, including syncing meeting recordings, transcripts, and webinar data.
- Connect Teams (if applicable): If you want to connect specific teams, navigate to the Connected Teams tab within the Zoom integration settings.
Integrate Google Meet with HubSpot Scheduling
- Navigate to the App Marketplace: In your HubSpot account, click the Marketplace icon and select App Marketplace.
- Find and Install the Google Meet Integration: Search for "Google Meet" and install the official Google Meet integration app.
- Connect Your Google Account: Follow the prompts to connect your Google account to HubSpot.
- Add Google Meet Links to HubSpot Meetings: Navigate to Sales > Meetings Scheduler and add Google Meet links to your meeting scheduler.
Integrate Microsoft Teams with HubSpot Scheduling
- Start in Microsoft Teams: Unlike Zoom or Google Meet, integration with Microsoft Teams typically begins on the Teams side.
- Navigate to the Teams Admin Center: Log in to the Microsoft Teams admin center.
- Manage Apps: Go to Team apps > Manage apps.
- Find and Allow the HubSpot App: Search for "HubSpot," select the HubSpot app, and toggle the status to "Allowed".
- Check Permissions Policies: Ensure the HubSpot app is allowed under your organization's permissions policy.
- Install and Configure in HubSpot: Install the HubSpot app from the HubSpot App Marketplace and configure it to connect with your Teams account.
- Connect Teams (if applicable): If you want to connect specific teams, navigate to the Connected Teams tab within the Microsoft Teams integration settings

Integrate Zoom with ChiliCal
- Connect your Zoom account: In Chili Piper's settings, navigate to your personal integrations and click the "Connect" button for the Zoom app.
- Log in to Zoom: You'll be prompted to log in to your Zoom account.
- Update Meeting Types: Once connected, you can update your Meeting Types and Reminders to include dynamic fields like "{! CP. Assignee. Zoom}".
- Choose a meeting location: When creating or editing Meeting Types, specify Zoom as the meeting location.
