Connecting your calendar (e.g., Google Calendar, Outlook) to your scheduling tool (e.g., Calendly, ChiliCal, HubSpot) is a critical step in the Scale IR onboarding process.
Calendar Integration is Essential for Several Reasons:
- Enables Appointment Booking: Scale IR cannot book appointments until this connection is established. This integration allows our team to view your availability in real-time and schedule meetings directly into your calendar.
- Facilitates Real-Time Data Flow: Calendar connectivity enables the flow of real-time setter activity. This means that as our team schedules meetings, those updates are immediately reflected in your systems, providing you with an accurate and up-to-date view of your schedule.
- Avoids Scheduling Conflicts: By syncing your calendar, Scale IR can avoid double-booking or scheduling meetings during times when you are unavailable. This minimizes confusion and ensures a smooth scheduling process.
- Accurate Availability: Connecting your calendar ensures that your most current availability is reflected in your scheduling tool, including any personal or internal meetings.
